USDA Income Limits in Florida

A key part of Florida USDA Loan eligibility involves determining if your household income will meet the USDA income limits for that specific county. This is also known as your “Annual Income”.

Annual Income includes all household members and not just those who are on the loan.

It is critical to never assume that your income is either eligible or ineligible for a USDA loan because additional factors may apply. Remember, as USDA mortgage professionals, Metroplex is here to help with the calculations.

Once the Annual Income is determined the number is compared with the applicable Florida county income limit. You can look up any USDA county’s income limit here.

2019 Florida Increases

In July 2019, the USDA announced an increase in household income limits of the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program.
